Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and positive experience for all our clients, please review the following booking terms and conditions: Booking Confirmation All bookings must be completed through our online system. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment details. Payment Policy Payment in Full is required to secure your booking. Payments can be made securely through our online payment system. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment may result in a forfeiture of the payment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will still be held to the preexisting timeframe. Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable except in cases where R.E.A.L Women must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Privacy Your personal information will be handled with the utmost care and used solely for the purpose of managing your booking.
